Mr. Santosh Kadamgraduated from University of Marathwada in 1998. He has worked on many projects in India. He has worked on Structural Designs of IT parks, commercial development, Institutional buildings and Residential Towers as well as Structural Steel Plant and Non-Plant Buildings, RCC Plant and Non-Plant Buildings, Architectural Buildings, Stacks and their Foundations. Pipe Racks & other utilities Buildings with Open, Raft, Pile Foundations.

Responsibilities includes

• Analysing & designing buildings complex structure within local and international design codes.
• Guiding Draftsmen for preparing Detailed Engineering Drawings.
• Coordination with clients, architectural, mechanical and electrical consultant’s teams.
• Understanding of the intent & requirement of client & other project streams.
• Team Leader with complete coordination with client, architects & other project streams

Area Of Specialisation

• Complex Structures like Commercial buildings, Engineering Workshops, Steel Plant, Chemical Plants, High Rise Buildings.
• Use of Software Packages like STADD, ETABS, SAFE and VB.
• Familiar with all Indian standards and British and American Standards.
• Equally proficient with RCC & Structural steel buildings with Indian & International Codes of Practice like British & American.
• Optimized Civil/structural solutions to meet client's intent.
