Formula 1 project includes several large spans structures with cantilevers. The basic functional requirement was to have Column Free space at Ground Floor Periphery for ease of movement of cars in the Pit Building. The Pit Building also houses Paddock Club on upper floor. An unobstructed view on all sides was required from the club. An innovative structural system was evolved with conceptual blending of architecture and structure.

Entrance Gate of Formula 1 project required column free periphery with a central 36m Span. The structure resting on two cores has been designed using PT Ribs with no peripheral columns.

The structure is 18,580sqm. office building with a 23,000sqm. 2 level basement and 3rd basement for Rainwater Harvesting tank on a 4.2 acre urban site. The landscape Green Roof has solar panels on top. The entire construction is in exposed concrete with white cement with Titanium Oxide to give self cleaning permanent finish. The structure is integrated with chilled ceiling HVAC system with chilled water pipes embedded in flat slab construction.
